01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Newport Pasay platform — whether on the website or through the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of Newport Pasay, including registered account holders and visitors who access the site without registering. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of the terms as they stand at the time of your use.

02 Eligibility

To register and use Newport Pasay, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of play.
• You are not accessing the platform on behalf of another person.
• You are not a person who has self-excluded or been excluded from the platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under applicable laws that apply to you.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Newport Pasay. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a violation of these terms and will result in account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. This information is used for identity verification and to process withdrawal requests.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Newport Pasay will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your login information. Newport Pasay reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected on an account. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions or closure.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Newport Pasay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported Philippine payment channels including bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet, and supported local e-wallets.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment method belonging to a third party, is not permitted.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Newport Pasay does not accept credit card payments or cryptocurrency for deposits.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance promptly, subject to the processing time of the payment provider.
• Newport Pasay is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment intermediaries.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible, and otherwise to a verified account in your name. Full details on the withdrawal process are available on the Withdrawal page.

Before a first withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete KYC verification. This requires you to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of address. Newport Pasay reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to a processing period after submission.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to accounts belonging to the registered account holder.
• Newport Pasay may place a hold on withdrawals while account verification or investigation is in progress.
• Any withdrawal that cannot be completed due to incorrect payment details provided by the player will be returned to the account balance after investigation.

06 Gameplay Rules

Newport Pasay offers slots, live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, and poker through its Game Lobby. Each game category operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or relevant section of the platform.

All game outcomes on Newport Pasay are governed by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, or in the case of sports betting, by actual match results. Newport Pasay does not manipulate game outcomes for any individual player or group of players.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the outcome will be resolved according to the relevant game provider's rules. In some cases, the round may be voided and stakes returned.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Collusion between players in poker or other player-versus-player games is prohibited.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

Newport Pasay may offer bonuses, promotions, and rewards to players from time to time. Any such offer will be accompanied by specific terms that govern eligibility, wagering requirements, expiry, and other conditions. Those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in areas where they differ.

Newport Pasay does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion or bonus at any given time. Offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at the platform's discretion. Players who attempt to abuse promotional systems — including by registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will have the relevant bonuses voided and may have their accounts closed.

08 Responsible Gaming

Newport Pasay is committed to providing a gaming environment that promotes responsible play. Gaming is entertainment. It carries financial risk, and no outcome is guaranteed. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Newport Pasay reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion if there is reason to believe that any of the following has occurred:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Fraudulent activity, including chargeback abuse or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Registration of multiple accounts.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, Newport Pasay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Legitimate balances that are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player following the conclusion of any investigation.

10 Limitation of Liability

Newport Pasay provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure consistent uptime and game availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Newport Pasay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform or specific games.
• Technical errors or connection interruptions during a game session.
• Losses resulting from your own gaming decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.

11 Privacy
